Cristiano Ronaldo Introduces Binance's First NFT Collection

As part of an exclusive multi-year agreement, Cristiano Ronaldo's first NFT collection will be made available on Friday, November 18, by Binance, the world's foremost blockchain ecosystem and digital currency infrastructure provider. A global marketing effort involving Ronaldo is supporting the launch and aims to introduce Web3 to his fans through the realm of NFTs.

He Yi, co-founder and chief marketing officer of Binance, said: "We believe the metaverse and blockchain are the future of the internet. We are honored to collaborate with Cristiano to help more people understand blockchain and showcase how we are building Web3 infrastructure for the sports and entertainment industry."

"With Binance, I was able to create something that not only conveys the game's passion but also thanks fans for their long-term support," the author said.

The first Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collection, which includes seven animated statues with four rarity levels—Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and Normal (N)—will be released on November 18 at 9 a.m. UTC. Every NFT statue features a famous scene from Ronaldo's life, from his career-defining bicycle kicks through his early years in Portugal.

On the Binance NFT marketplace, an auction will be performed for the 45 CR7 NFTs with the greatest values (5 SSR and 40 SR). NFTs will be given to the highest bidder after a 24-hour auction period. SSR and SR bid prices will start at 10,000 and 1,700 BUSD, respectively.

The price for the Normal rarity of the remaining 6,600 NFTs (600 R and 6,000 N) on Binance will be 77 BUSD. Every rarity level will have a unique set of benefits, such as:

- A private message from Cristiano Ronaldo

- Binance and CR7 apparel that has been autographed

- Access to all upcoming CR7 NFT drops

- Free CR7 Mystery Boxes are available, and you may enter to win signed goods and other goodies at giveaways.

- Additionally, new customers will get a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box when they join with Binance.com (and finish KYC).

- Limited-edition Ronaldo NFTs might be found in these boxes.

For the first 1.5M new Binance users who register with referral ID RONALDO, there are CR7 Mystery Boxes available. Users in the US who make deposits on the site throughout the offer period will receive a free memento NFT from Binance.US, Binance.com's US partner. Users that acquire the souvenir NFT will have access to the whitelist to buy CR7 NFTs in the future.
